Tomorrow, a 40-foot container will leave New Jersey filled with 20 pallets of food, clothing, generators, shoes, t-shirts, caps, and more. These are lifesaving essentials for families still struggling without power or running water.
While we continue urgent relief, we’re also thinking ahead — preparing for the rebuilding stage. We’re now collecting building materials (lumber, roofing, tools) so families can start repairing their homes.
➡️
Can you help us ship the next container?

Photos from Monday’s food distribution. We’ve partnered with @wckitchen to serve food to Jamaicans who have lost electricity, food and water.

A warm meal is so more than l bodily sustenance, it’s truly nourishment for the soul. At times like this word it’s so easy to become discouraged, warm meals can bring joy and Hope to so many.

We ask for your support to continue these operations. The immediate need is so immense and much more will be needed in the coming months as Jamaica rebounds from the great destruction of last week’s hurricane.
Help Chabad help Jamaica!

Aid distribution this morning in Savannah Del Mar. We handed out hundreds of bags of aid, with canned beans, nuts, corned beef, bully beef, sardines, toilet paper, bottled water, protein bars, granola bars, flashlights and solar lights.

We also brought a plumber with us, who helped 10 houses get their water and plumbing back. We also helped put tarps on roofs of houses where we could.
